11:30 PM – 1:30 PM -- Lunch & Homebrewing Experiments Presentation & Seminar by Chris Colby, Editor, Brew Your Own Magazine. *Presentation is free, and you may feel free to order lunch off the Blue Star's menu.

1:00 PM - 3:00 PM – Judging

3:00 PM - 5:00 PM – Best of Show Judging

3:00 PM - 7:00 PM – Pub Crawl
This year's Pub Crawl will include stops at San Antonio Homebrew Supply, Flying Saucer, and Double Dave's Pizzaworks (for dinner). Ticket includes transportation and pizza buffet. SEATING ON THE VAN IS LIMITED, SO GET YOUR TICKETS AS SOON AS THEY GO ON SALE (JULY 12th)!
